A reputable Pharmaceutical company seeks the services of a results and goal-oriented Personal Assistant/Secretary to join our team

Location: Accra

POSITION PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

  • Provide full administrative and secretarial support at a senior level to the Managing and Executive Director to ensure the smooth management of the day to day affairs of the office

FUNCTIONS

  • Keep and maintain an accurate record of documents and electronic correspondence on behalf of the Managing Director
  • Typing of correspondence and scanning documents
  • Manning the reception when necessary
  • Arranging the office of the MD/Director to ensure that the office is tidy and orderly at all times
  • Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

An HND or a 1st degree in any Social Sciences from a recognized institution with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Excellent typing skills, speed and accuracy are essentials
  • Good computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, Power Point)
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Professional telephone manners
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Flexible and mature approach with ability to work with little supervision
  • Good interpersonal relationship
  • Demonstrates high sense of confidentiality
  • A good deal of common sense, etiquette and an ability to think on one’s feet
