Position : Sales Supervisor
A sales outsourcing and market activation company seeking the services of Sales Supervisors to supervise sales representatives selling various products on daily basis in assigned territories while selling to support them in meeting the overall target.
Persons must live in and around Odorkor, Lapaz, or Kwashieman environs.
Duties:
- Dealing with Sales Reps
- Managing targets and sales operations
- handling cash receivables and payments
- Ability to take responsibility for losses
- Ability to handle customer complaint
- Communicate customer and product or competitor information
- Ability to Pitch Promotional campaigns
- Client prospecting

REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in Sales and Marketing or related courses
- Degree
- 1-2 years experience in sales
