A water production company located at Nsawam and Sapeiman is urgently recruiting a Quality Control Officer

Duties

• Accountable for the quality, quantity and, must have precise knowledge in quality control in water production
• Develop and determine all standards to perform inspection and tests on all procedures and oversee all testing methods and maintain high standards of quality for all processes.
• Review the quality of all materials at the site and ensure compliance with all project specifications and quality and collaborate with the department for all material procurement and maintain a quality of materials.
• Assist with employees to ensure knowledge of all quality standards and ensure compliance to all quality manuals and procedures and collaborate with contractors and suppliers to maintain the quality of all systems.
• Monitor an efficient system and record for all project activities and analyze all processes to ensure all work according to quality requirements.
• Develop a method statement for the activity including risk assessment and job safety environmental analysis and Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on specifications of the project.
• Report to the Project Manager, control, and monitor all activities related to Quality.

• 5 years experience
• Professional certification, such as Six Sigma, Quality Engineer, or Quality Auditor
• Superb computer competence, including database management
• Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools
• Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Demonstrated knowledge of testing best practices, version control practices and defect management practice
• Candidate must be ready to travel
• Certificate in ISO 9001 Quality Management System is added advantage

• High Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, word
• Data analytic and critical thinking
• Posses a valid drivers license
• Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently
