- Answer incoming inquiries ;
- Manage appointment calendars ;
- Process incoming and outgoing mail ;
- Coordinate office activities and operations ;
- Undertake administrative tasks ;
- Schedule meetings and travel arrangements for senior members ;
- Prepare presentations and reports.
- Bachelor’s degree ;
- 3 years of experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role ;
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills ;
- Strong communication skills.
