Position : Head of Brand Marketing
We are recruiting Head of Brand Marketing.
Duties:
- Lead the brand marketing team in-country to execute winning insights-based programs, integrated commercial strategies abd aligned plans which deliver activations that win in the market
- Oversee the growth and health of all brands in country, leads through the Line campaigns that build equity, awareness and trial
- Guides the deployment of high level resources to the portfolio
- Supports the translation of prioritised opportunities into winning strategic plans working with BU lead
- Builds a passion for brands and their positioning throughout the business in country
- Lead and drive brilliant execution of local, regional and global brands
- Supports delivery of brand strategy and objectives in line with creative platform through high quality, winning activity plans
- Ensure activities which win in the market are delivered, measured and evaluated rigorously
- Provides clear lines of communication of activities & execution standards to channel & sales
- Leads and motivates effective multiagency teams on activation
