Our company is a fast-growing ecommerce start-up specializing in retail of building materials, tools and hardware. We are a modern, forward-thinking online shop. Office located in Ashaley Botwe, Accra.
We’re recruiting a full-time Female Customer service and Administrative Assistant to help manage orders and sales inquiries.
- Make and answer customer phone calls and emails throughout the day.
- Solve customer issues with ordering, deliveries, cancellations, and changes.
- Respond to inquiries and leads (Social media and Chat platforms).
- Communicating with team members on matters related to shipping, receiving, and inventory management to present accurate information to the customer.
- Organizing inventory and incoming orders.
- Assisting the warehouse staff with prep/receiving/pick/pack when necessary, to ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Fulfil any other role duties as directed.
Attendance: 9.00 am – 5.00 pm, Monday through Friday. No weekends or major holidays.
Location: Must live in Botwe and its environs.

- Age: Below 25 years
- Proficiency with computers and the internet ( Microsoft Office )
- Excellent email etiquette, spelling, and grammar. Also excellent communication skills; is friendly, approachable and professional when dealing with customers and staff in person, over the phone or in writing.
- Able to deal with customer enquiries on own initiative, responding to queries and complaints in a constructive and prompt manner.
