HK Pinoy Global Limitedis a non-banking financial group working as a Payment Service Provider that provides fast low-cost trading operations and better rate forex exchange services through the use of IT platform and a wide network of correspondent partners.

Job Description

Job Title – HR

Location – Ghana
Duration – 12 months’ contract with possible extension

Responsibilities:

Advertisement

• Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff in the department;
• Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy;
• To meet deadlines.
• Recruiter main responsibility will be to hire sales managers from FX/import-export area who will join our team (main requirements are 5+ years’ experience within sales / business development / account management; strong relationships / client base within import/export, foreign exchange and financial services.

Main task of sales managers will be to prospect new partners (importers, fx business) in Ghana in order to sign cooperation agreement with them)

Qualification Required & Experience

• 5+ years’ experience within Human Resources/Recruitment/Talent Management in financial services/ foreign exchange /import-export area;
• Bachelor’s Degree;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
