Job Description

Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

What the Job requires:

Manage Sales for all Grundfos products in Ghana and/or designated countries in West Africa.
Maintain relations and grow business with Grundfos key accounts / existing distributors
Accelerate growth within all market segments
Drive positive customer service through appropriate attitude and action.
Develop and implement strategies with other market segment managers and product managers
Assist marketing department with Marketing Strategy
Expand the product offering within Ghana and/or designated countries in West Africa
This role requires extensive travel.

Required Skills or Experience

Good to Excellent presentations skills
Independent and able to stay focused on objectives and targets without intervention
Results-orientated and sales focused.
Age: 25-50
Language skills: English
Qualifications: Engineering or Business/Marketing Degree
Experience: Knowledge of Grundfos product range or Similar Sales experience
Personal characteristics: Passionate and enthusiastic, Self-disciplined, People’s person, Service driven
